At Jobber, I led the design of their insights and reporting offerings across web and mobile, helping Service Providers monitor business performance and make informed decisions.

I helped shape the team’s long-term vision for leveraging AI to enable proactive business health monitoring, collaborating cross-functionally to align on strategy.

As the first designer focused on data visualization, I also laid the foundational groundwork for Jobber’s data visualization design system, establishing guidelines, colour palettes, and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
